Drags: Blanket, Shoulder, and Ankle

Emergency procedures for:
Another person who panics and runs
Select a trooper with Apprentice or better First Aid that is willing to review your knowledge and second your motion to the court of honor for your qualification. If no trooper is available the Troop Master review your knowledge and second your motion.
